US president Donald Trump has spoken about talks in Riyadh today as all attempts to end the Ukraine war continue. Many different analysts speculate what Trump could mean when he said talks about territory are happening. As of now many speculate that Trump could possibly be using a part of Ukrainian territory as a “peace offering” to lure Putin into accepting a ceasefire deal. However many analysts fear that this just might be the beginning of a dangerous conquest of Ukrainian territories, as many state that Putin will not stop at just that 20% of territory which is speculated to be in “talks”.

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has indirectly blamed the US for talking to the “war team” of Russia in Saudi Arabia “Today, representatives of the United States of America spoke with the war team – with representatives of Russia. “After that, another meeting of the Ukrainian and American teams,” he said. “We need a movement towards real peace, towards guaranteed security. “And we all need this: in Ukraine, in Europe, in America, everyone in the world who wants peace in international relations. Russia is the only entity that is dragging out this war and mocking our people and the whole world. And to pressure Russia towards peace, strong things, strong steps are needed.
Ukraine-US peace talks to continue tomorrow
Ukrainian and US delegations will meet tomorrow in Saudi Arabia for talks, Ukraine’s Suspilne national broadcaster reports. They follow the Russia-US negotiations on a narrow sea ceasefire proposal between Kyiv and Moscow today. A White House source said the talks have been going “extremely well” and a positive announcement is expected soon. Many analysts speculate that the peace talks might not bode well for Zelenskyys presidency as it may ultimately end in Ukraine having to give up some of its territory. However as of right now only speculations can be made.
